I am Washington's Historic Harbor District Expert, specializing in unique properties throughout Beaufort County. I came to Washington on my boat, and felt at home! This town has one of the most interesting stocks of older and historic structures on the east coast. We have a vibrant downtown with wonderful boutique retailers. The public access to our river, The Pamlico-Tar is unrivaled! We have large waterfront parks, public boat launches and wonderful boardwalks along the river. I purchased the Old Fire Station in town, and converted the second floor to 2 Loft condominiums, in one of which I reside. The space is spectacular! I love living and working in Washington's Historic Harbor District! As beautiful as the setting is on the banks of the Pamlico River, it's the people who live here that make Washington and Beaufort County so special. I would love to share my sweet southern town, Washington and all of Beaufort County, NC with you!
